About the role
We need a Data Analyst who can turn workforce signals into actionable intelligence. You'll work with our data infrastructure to surface patterns that help organizations understand their talent landscape. This role sits at the core of what makes SilverAspen valuable.
What you'll do
- Analyze workforce data to identify meaningful patterns and insights
- Build dashboards and reporting tools for internal and customer-facing use
- Collaborate with product and engineering to define data models
- Develop frameworks for measuring skill distribution and team composition
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Strong SQL skills and experience with modern analytics tools
- Ability to tell stories with data and present findings clearly
- Experience working with sensitive or personal data responsibly
- Comfort with ambiguity and unstructured problems
Nice to have
- Experience with Python for data analysis
- Background in people analytics or organizational research
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices
- Understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
