Product Manager

About the role

We need a Product Manager who can hold the tension between what managers need today and what organizations will need tomorrow. You'll own the product roadmap for our core platform, working at the intersection of people management and data infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on user research and business goals
• Work closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality features
• Conduct user interviews with managers and executives to deeply understand their workflows
• Define success metrics and measure the impact of what we ship
• Communicate product direction clearly to the team and stakeholders

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with data-driven decisions
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product strategy
• Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and say no with clarity
• Excellent written communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in HR tech, people analytics, or workforce management
• Background in management consulting or organizational design
• Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and buyer personas
