Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help build the infrastructure layer that makes human capital visible, portable, and useful. You'll work across the entire stack, from database design to user-facing interfaces, shaping how managers and organizations understand their people.

What you'll do

• Design and build core platform features end-to-end
• Architect scalable systems that handle sensitive workforce data with care
• Collaborate closely with product and design to ship meaningful improvements
• Contribute to technical decisions and engineering culture
• Mentor other engineers and raise the bar for code quality

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience with modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Node.js)
• Strong understanding of relational databases and API design
• Experience building products that handle sensitive data
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make pragmatic tradeoffs
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js and Vercel deployment
• Background in HR tech, people analytics, or enterprise SaaS
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR)
• Experience working in early-stage companies
