Senior Product Designer

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who can bring clarity to complex systems. You'll design the interfaces that help managers have better conversations and give executives real visibility into their organizations. The work requires both systems thinking and craft.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end design process from research to final implementation
• Design intuitive interfaces for complex data and workflows
• Build and maintain our design system
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design quality in production

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B or enterprise software
• Strong portfolio showing complex problem-solving through design
• Experience with design systems and component-based design
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces or dashboards
• Background in information architecture or data visualization
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design
